Chinese New Year is almost here, the most important time of the year in China. During this time we will be giving our employees a hard-earned rest, but this of course will cause some disruption to our normal service.

Last day for orders

The last day for orders to be shipped before Chinese New Year is Sunday the 15th of January. Orders placed before then should  be shipped before the new year holiday begins.

Reduced Service

We will be operating reduced service from the 21st to the 23rd of January. During these days there will be no live chat, and nobody to answer phone calls. 

Resumed shipping

Normal service will begin on the 30th of January. We predict a backlog of orders and messages that may take us a few days to catch up with. Please bear with us during this period.
